“Keystone RV’s were neither designed nor manufactured for ‘prolonged occupancy’ by humans – a fact never disclosed to consumers before buying a Keystone RV. The other two plaintiffs echo these complaints, describing excessive moisture that allegedly subjected one plaintiff to four months of repair work and the other to hospitalization and “two bouts of pneumonia.” From the lawsuit: About a year after purchasing the RV, the complaint says, the woman’s husband passed away from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease – a condition she believes was worsened by the RV’s hazardous living conditions. The couple allegedly notified the defendant that spending time in their RV aggravated their respiratory problems, and were forced to rent an apartment “they could not afford” after the company reportedly failed to adequately respond to their complaints. One of the plaintiffs says she and her husband purchased a Keystone RV that developed black mold as a result of the high levels of moisture in the vehicle. Specifically, the lawsuit cites an alleged lack of effective circulation, as well as the presence of formaldehyde and other chemicals, as responsible for the emergence of "toxic mold and mildew" inside proposed class members' RVs. The plaintiffs allege that they purchased their RVs intending to occupy them full-time and suffered “serious respiratory problems” caused by conditions inside the vehicles. Keystone RV Company, LLC is the defendant in a proposed class action lawsuit that claims the manufacturer failed to warn consumers of potential health hazards associated with “prolonged” occupancy of its vehicles. The faculty members in Sandels tested for radon and found dangerous levels as well. Faculty have been getting sick from this for years now. FSU has declined in the past to even test any particles found. Sandels was only closed because faculty in the building found visible BLACK MOLD on benches, lab equipment, and air ducts/filters. FSU has covered this up since at least 2009 and their negligence has caused at least 8 people to develop rare forms of cancer and three deaths. Please read the article and report for yourselves.
